Chef Eliane Muskus’s journey is one of bold transformation, unwavering passion, and culinary mastery. With a degree in Business Development and a thriving corporate career, she took a leap of faith to follow her true calling. Trading the boardroom for the kitchen, she enrolled in a prestigious culinary school in upstate New York, where she refined her skills and discovered her lifelong love for creating extraordinary flavors.

After completing her culinary education in New York, Eliane returned to France, where she served as head chef on a mega yacht in the Mediterranean, catering to high-profile international clients. Her culinary journey subsequently took her through Switzerland, the UK, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Curaçao.

Following her tenure on the mega yacht, she established her thriving culinary enterprise in Cannes, France—offering acclaimed cooking masterclasses, curated food tours, catering services, sommelier wine and cheese tastings, and a prestigious chef's table restaurant.
